LEGAL INFO
This is a legal document which sets out your rights and obligations, and those of Exodus Music Distribution Ltd ("Exodus Music Distribution", "we" or "us"), in relation to the services offered by Exodus Music Distribution Ltd through this site (together Exodus Music Distribution Services"), and the content you gain access to there ("Content").
You re-affirm your agreement to the terms of this Agreement every time you avail of any of the Exodus Music Distribution Services.
Use of Content: All Content (including, but not limited to, downloadable and streamed files of all types and formats, all editorial and images, and the design, look and feel of the site itself) is protected by copyright owned by or licensed to Exodus Music Distribution. We permit you to store each downloaded item of Content on a storage medium (such as your computer's hard drive), and play it on a playback device (such as your computer, or a portable device). However you are not otherwise entitled to copy, distribute or transmit Content of any sort, whether downloaded, streamed or otherwise, or to upload it onto any website or other medium, nor may you broadcast or facilitate any public performance of Content (streamed or otherwise).
Passwords: You will be responsible for all activity conducted on the Exodus Music Distribution Services effected through your account with us. Entry into that account is controlled by a password selected by Exodus Music Distribution. You must not allow that password to be obtained by any other person, and must contact us (using salesexodusmusicdist@hotmail.co.uk for the purpose) to change it should you have any suspicion that this may have happened. In any event, you agree that use of your password in conjunction with your email address (again, as selected by you) will be your responsibility.
Changes to this Agreement: If we make any changes to this Agreement, we will indicate this fact on the relevant part of the Exodus Music Distribution Services, and your use of Exodus Music Distribution following the date of that change.
Liability: We will not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business, howsoever caused (whether arising out of any negligence or breach of this Agreement or otherwise), even if that loss or damage was foreseeable by, or the possibility of it was brought to the attention of, Exodus Music Distribution.
English law: English law applies to your use of the Exodus Music Distribution Ltd site and to these terms and conditions.
